Two years ago, A Zhe was involved in the iron industry in Yilan, his entire family was COMEBUY’s loyal customer and purchasing a cup of made-to-order tea at COMEBUY became a daily routine. “They placed great emphasis on service, health and products; I think this is the reason why the store is packed with people everyday,” said A Zhe. After several negotiations with headquarters, we became aware that there were already franchisees in Yilan and thus was not open for more franchisers.  A Zhe became distressed when he learnt of this news; nevertheless, with young and audacious spirit, together with support from friends and relatives, A Zhe and sister decided to leave their hometown and head to Hualien to establish their own store; this also became the first store in Hualien.

After a series of training and learning, and after passing a variety of tests arranged by headquarters, the Hualien store was successfully opened. Although during the initial stages, they too encountered a series of operations-related problems; through time, commitment and assistance from the firm, they eventually conquered all obstacles. “Despite the hardships over the past 18 months, the rewards are nevertheless abundant, including the accumulation of experience and interpersonal relationships. Joining COMEBUY’s big family makes me feel at ease and I am glad that I did not give up easily at the time.”

“The first time I saw COMEBUY, I thought it was a fashion store, it felt trendy,” Xiao Ying smiled and said. Xiao Ying was originally involved in the sales sector; over a year ago, when she was visiting customers, she became curious and was full of expectation towards COMEBUY thanks to customers’ recommendations. Fashionable design, friendly service and unique product characteristics, these were Xiao Ying’s first impressions of COMEBUY; as far as Xiao Ying is concerned, naturally this also became an opportunity for joining the COMEBUY franchise.

During the initial stages of franchising, Xiao Ying was unfamiliar with the industry, at the same time, she was also faced with stress during the initial stages of entrepreneurship. Fortunately, thanks to support from family and friends during the difficult times, they managed to struggle through the predicament. In the beginning, headquarters provided them with practice and training courses, professional technical guidance and selection of business districts etc. Although they seemed somewhat chaotic during the initial stages of operation, through assistance from headquarters and diligence from Xiao Ying, they gradually became familiar with the greater environment and performance improved with time as well.

“Managing a store is truly difficult; although it is tiring, the taste for realizing dreams is nonetheless sweet. Of all the tea beverage brands, we are fortunate to have chosen COMEBUY’s franchise, because headquarters has provided numerous resources that allowed me to concentrate on the business without having to worry. In the future, if opportunities arise and suitable location can be found, I intend to open up another store with the money I have saved up over the years, so as to share COMEBUY’s quality tea and smiles with more people.”
